Window Cleaning
We use the reach and wash telescopic pole system with purified water to ensure a spotless, streak free finish. With our Gardiner® Ultimate High-Reach Pole we can access windows up to 64 feet high. Perfect for most residential and commercial jobs. We also provide traditional squeegee and applicator options for a sparkling internal finish as well.
Initial cleans are recommended year-round and we offer regular rates most commonly at 8 or 12 month intervals. Tailored plans are fully customised to our clients needs and there is never an obligation to book. We don’t ask you to sign any contracts as we are aware that situations can change and its not always possible to book in every time. All we do is send a reminder text after a time chosen by the client and all they have to say is yes or no. It’s that simple!
Gutter Clearing
We provide professional gutter clearing services to ensure gutters are de-cluttered and safe from water damage due to poor flow. Using our Gutter Sucker® Pro we have a reach of 40 feet so can access the spots that you can’t in a safe and speedy manner. With a 3000 watt triple motor, we are able to remove tough dirt and particles from your gutters with ease.
We recommend booking at any point in the year for an initial gutter clean.
October-December are ideal for a regular clean to remove the fallen leaves and general moss build up. 6 or 12 monthly gutter clearing regularity is most common within our client base.
Conservatory Cleaning
We provide high-quality conservatory cleans to remove moss/algae build-up that can be easily forgotten about. Using telescopic poles and purified water we transform conservatories back to their sparkling best.
We often clean conservatories alongside windows and generally will quote depending on the size and amount of glass. We ensure the frames and fixtures are cleaned as well. For extra large conservatories we offer an hourly rate and are happy to do stand-alone jobs, separately from window cleaning if necessary.
Once more we recommend year-round initial cleans and the regularity at which you need them cleaning is entirely up to you.
Our Service Promises
For all of our services we will promise a 7 day return if our clients are dissatisfied with the job or notice any major streaks/spots that we may have missed. Ultimately we pride ourselves on the services that we deliver and are always happy to return free of charge to ensure our clients satisfaction.
We promise to respect our clients homes and outdoor spaces. We will take extra care if and when we have to come through a clients property with our equipment or undertake internal window cleaning. We will clean up after ourselves to the best of our ability and make sure everything is back in place.
We will always listen to clients requests and ensure we follow their lead. If there is a roof we cannot walk on or a delicate window that needs to be cleaned carefully, we promise to respect your wishes to ensure that everyone is happy and no unnecessary risks are taken.
